We provide a 50% refund for cancellations one month ahead of your scheduled tour. There are no refunds for cancellations within the month that your tour is scheduled to start.
Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours. For our overnight tours, reservations must be received and confirmed two days ahead of time. For our multi-day tours, reservations must be received and confirmed a week ahead of time
You can either email us and we will confirm the date availability and send a link to PayPal for you to provide the deposit, or you can provide the deposit directly through the Book Now button. In the case that a date is not available, we, of course, would refund your money.
Yes! For anyone who books a night at our inn through our website and also books an overnight or multi-day adventure, we are offering a $10 discount off the room rate for the night before and/or the night after your trip. The discount will be applied at check-in.
We require a 50% deposit in order to confirm the reservation.
The balance (the other 50%) can be paid on arrival by cash or credit card. If you chose to pay with credit card, a 4% convenience fee will be added to the balance to cover our processing fees.
The deposit is non-refundable- unless we need to cancel the trip prior to your departure. In that case, of course, you would receive a full refund.
Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable
Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.
We do hike and ride in the rain, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. In the case of trips to Calovebora, low or dangerous river conditions may mean that we hike the last 8km rather than taking a boat.
